Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you don't, you may return most new and unused items within 30 days of receipt for a refund, with proof of purchase.  

For all eligible returns, customers are responsible for a shipping and restocking fee ($50-$150 depending on location and product). 

All final sale items, custom-sized items, custom orders, and rug pads are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
