Free shipping, always

Shipping is free on all orders. There are no minimums, no surcharges, and no hidden handling fees at checkout.

How we ship

We ship most purchases to arrive via parcel service (UPS or FedEx) within 5 to 7 business days from receipt of order. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Signature at delivery

All deliveries require a signature. This protects your order and confirms it reaches you safely rather than sitting unattended. Please make sure someone is available to receive it, or watch your tracking to plan for the delivery window.

NuStory ships to all zip codes within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes, or to the following locations:

• Hawaii and Alaska
• Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands
• American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands
• United States Minor Outlying Islands
• APO / FPO addresses
